Default blitz gauge wiring help please PLEASE!!! :)

well im on my way to building my gauge collection , but i ran into a bit of a stump, i just bought 3 gauges from E-bay and i don't know whats is supposed to come with them.

1) Exhaust temp gauge has screws for a sensor 1 and a sensor 2 so i would think that this is electrical? what sensor should i use?

2)oil temp has the same sensor 1 and 2 plug again what sensor should i use?

3)oil press. gauge has 2 prongs on the back one with a + sign and the other with a unit label, that would mnake me think it is mechanical correct? what should i use to route this and where should i route this to the engine ?

also 2 of the gauges are missing the Light bulb attachment cover ( the one with the wire sticking out for power to the light, where can i get replacments for the metal screw caps ?

sorry for the long post , thanks for any info guys

pic of the gauges if its any help. also they came from new zealand so eveything is metric, don't know if that is relevant or not though.
