Default Can I fix this little broken part?

While sorting out some bits and pieces I stumbled upon this little guy with what looks broken to me. I'm in the middle of my conversion and noticed it. Can I just JB weld the top of this ?

Looks like the electronic boost control solenoid, (EBCS)

"Fixing" it would be inadvisable, replace it with OEM, or aftermarket.

Rigging up anything that controls boost is a recipe or engine failure.

Just replace it. They are cheap, especially if you buy used. Or if you are doing enough work that you need a tune, you can upgrade to a 3 port.

HinshawWRX.....here come the newb questions.......Can the dealer order this part in even though it's a JDM motor?

Also , if this is in a 2000 motor can it still have a tune thrown at it?

Where can I start looking at a 3 port version?

why not give the dealer a call? it will take a minute to look up the part number in their database.
