('93-'01) Is the oil filter for the 2002 impreza accessed from above or below the engine?

I'm considering getting a new impreza and just wanted to know if I'd have to raise the vehicle for an oil change.

Below, its easier if the car is raised, though you could try it.

I have changed the oil three times on the WRX and have yet to jack up the car. The access is limited but ok with the stock height. If you plan to lower the car you will need to jack it up then.
