Default turn down the boost w/ Stage 0?

My Blitz DTT recorded a peak of 1.18 kg/cm2. That's almost 17psi if I am converting right. Seems a little high?

I currently have Stage 0 installed + samco hoses. Using the MBC from Stage 0.

I don't think it was sustained. I'm going to do some more runs later. I've hit 1.10 kg/cm2 bone stock before. Should I turn the boost down a turn?

I'm not hearing any audible knocking (doesn't mean there isn't any). What's everyone else running in terms of boost?

Otherwise, the Stage 0 just kicks major...

shiv tuned mine to right at 15psi, but it reads 16 psi on my boost gauge. Strangely, he trusts his five figure dollar value dyno over my $50 Autometer boost gauge.

Why are you running your boost so high? The instructions clearly state tuning it to no more than 15.5psi.

Oh yea, forgot to mention that the Greddy gauge is tapped at the FPR... and the Blitz DTT is tapped at the BOV.

Concillian, how many threads are visible on yours? Maybe I can get close to that setting... even though the weather's a tad different, I'm in So. Cal.

don't you need to get your unichip re-mapped if you put in the samco hose? if the chip is only mapped for the stage 0, i'm sure you would need it for the samco hose cuz of the increase in efficiency.

just a thought

Aren't the the FPR and the BOV touching intake manifold pressure at the same source?

FWIW, I have my HKS boost gauge and my Blitz DSBC SpecR on the same line. The HKS shows up to 8 or more kPa lower than the SpecR. I'm actually very unhappy with this HKS gauge. When its off, it settles below 0
