Thanks, to be honest with you the car drives so good right now I really don't want to play with it. I am just going to have to wait till after I do my engine rebuild to start messing with it any more.

Well I lied about not playing with the tune. I feel like there's a little more I can squeeze out of her. When I'm done ill post my numbers. Hopefully I can get just a little more. I just want to see if I can break the 350 whp range.

So I did a little tweaking on my tune this weekend in my free time. My original #'s were 348whp@5200rpm 370wtq@4600rpm. Now I got 351whp@5500rpm and 378wtq@4000rpm. Not a huge gain but I adjusted my primary ignition a little, bumped my boost up from 19 to 21 and I did some adjusting on my avcs map as well. When I go WOT it pulls so strong and pins you in the seat. My butt dyno says holycrap I love it. My printer is being difficult so I should have my new print out for you tomorrow with my new numbers. Talk to you guys soon.

2psi for that gain isn't worth anything. Kick it back down and save the pressure

I second that statement. No reason to run it that hard if your not seeing significant gains. I expect a good 10whp per lb of boost, otherwise your just running it hard for no reason. Any idea what this software showed for power on your car stock?

As mentioned back the boost back down. Maybe try just 20 psi or see if at 19 psi your still making the same power with just the changes to the ignition and AVCS with the lower boost. If so the extra 2 psi is just blowing hot air for nothing.

On 2nd thought even though you only gained a few HP/TQ on the top end it may have increased power through out the lower parts of the power band. If you can lets see the new dyno plot vs. the previous one and see if there are any signifigant changes throughout the whole powerband.

It wasn't just the boost, it was timing and fueling and avcs tuning as well that gave me a little more.

I'm trying to fix my stupid printer then I'll post the pic. Hopefully by end of today. My boost is hitting just below 21 and that's only at wot. It spools quick and feels good I'm just going to leave it so when I upgrade the turbo ill update the map sensor and my pistons and rods so I can turn the boost up big time.

Why do you need your printer to work? Cant to program save the printout as a .jpg? Or at worse you can always screen cap it.

You've created an odd dip at 5k rpm. Though unless these plots were made on the same section of road it could just be the road having a small hill or something for the 2nd plot.

Funny you say that cause there was a little hill. It was still straight and it wasn't very steep but I started the run sooner on the road then later down the road.

I'm pretty much at the goals I wanted for this car on the vf52 turbo and my IDC's only get as high as 88% which isn't bad. I need to get an EGT gauge so I can see what my exhaust temps are. Does anyone know if there is a way to get an idea of what the temps are with Cobb ap?

Take a look at the new print out and tell me what you think.

I will be installing an ewg on my car in the next month or so. Looking to get better spooling and better flow for my turbo. The internal waste gate just isn't strong enough to keep the flow nice an smooth in higher gears. I can't wait to install tweak my tune and see what numbers I get. I will report when I can.

Well I'm not making it up got no reason to. I also have the dyno sheet. I will leave my bragging to when I get the car on the track and that's all I care about. Anything is possible if you take the time and tune the car right ask any tuner.

No not super but pretty acurate, and it is consistent and its not a free road dyno I paid for the software and its very good. If you ask me I think it's right on. I've got the mods for it and its tuned great. Ask around do the research. I did and that's how I got the numbers I did with the turbo I have. I will be going rotated gtx3582r in the future to get myself over 400. I won't be getting any higher than I am with this turbo I have on now.
