Default Boost issue

Ok I've done insane research on this and I still feel like I haven't figured it out.. I have a 04 wrx with
Invidia catted dp
Invidia n1
Sti up pipe
Intake
Walbro 255
Stage 2 tune with v1 accessport
I have a aem wideband and boost gauge also

In first and second gear for the most part it pulls pretty clean and hard but in 3-5 it reads full boost with a/f readings at 10 but does not seem to give out power.. And getting on the highway at 1/4 throttle it will read about ten psi but no power and the a/f will get lean which gets me nervous.. I've checked for boost leaks and and other leaks and I'm pretty sure I've fixed them all and like I've said I've tried to research this like crazy but I can't seem to find the same symptoms
I was told to use a step colder plug which I haven't done yet but am going to do by Monday but I don't think that's gonna help it
Anybody have the same issue at any point? I'm pretty stumped
Let me know
Thanks

I wouldn't both with one step colder still on a TD04. It's probably the ****ty OTS Cobb map. Unless you can put up a log, it's like pissing in the wind.

The intake is likely causing the issue. Because the OTS map is scaled for the stock airbox, it will cause different AFR's and AF correction with a different intake. Get it pro/e-tuned or put the stock airbox back on.

The colder plugs aren't a bad idea, but will not fix your issue.
