I purchased a 2.5 block for my 03 wrx, aswell as a complete 2.0 gasket kit, and the 2.5 sti head gaskets from Subaru, question is there anything else that need to be bought, or any modifications that need to be done when I send my head out to the machine shop? thanks nick

Have the heads machined to match the 2.5 bore.

Do it right the first time and only build once.

Upgrade your turbo, the hybrid won't like the TD04. If you upgrade that, then you will want a bigger fuel pump and injectors. You can find all these for a decent price in the classifieds.

I would go research over in the Built Motor section.

The most important thing to do is getting your heads matched to the 2.5
