Thanks, so far, I'm pretty happy with it. My only complaint is that the needles aren't white. OCD and all.

could pop them appart and paint the underside of the needle white? Also might need to replace an illumination LED to keep it white during nighttime.

just planting the seed

Or get podis is when they release.

Exact number matching
White needle
Even the red of the led will match perfectly

Just saying, trying to help a fellow person with the same concern for details.

Yea, I was considering Podi for my mkv GLI when they were promising to finish their oil pressure senders. They kinda left everyone hanging on that one. They look great, but this kinda made me think twice

If you want high quality, Defi is the way to go. It is a premium gauge brand and when it comes to electronics, more often than not, you really get what you pay for. IMO, buying Defi and then cracking them open is like buying an Aston and putting Megan wheels on it. Almost good. Obviously, this is my opinion and you can do anything you like but if you are reaching for this brand, ask yourself this, will you be able to match the level of quality modding them yourself?

They've got my money, but I'm down for the wait. I figure, one day, my two Podi gauges will just show up in the mail, then I'll have to figure out how to install them!

I did a stealth install of the Zeitronix ZT-2, but I can't host photos. Anyone care to post some photos?

The user input is gone, Boost is in its place now. I got excited and snapped the pic as soon as I got it fired up.

Are you guys with 08+ models running your wires through the firewall behind the intercooler or through the left fender area? I want to pass through the fender but not sure if eight feet will be long enough.

There's a harness at the passenger firewall that will work for certain gauges but yes, no problem with driver's side fender harness--just pull back the fender liner and push the wires through.

Thanks! And that'll be short enough to have eight feet of wire from the boost sensor to an smy bezel?

Riddle me this, why for the 02-07 clock pod has NO ONE produced a pod that actually points the clock pod gauges at the driver Instead the gauges point directly at the back seat like WTF. I would rather be able to read the gauges than a person in my back seat.

^ that would be nice but I have no problems reading the gauges the way it sits. They probably make them that way so both passenger and driver can see them.
