Yeah. I couldn't get the pin in unless I unbolted it from the trans, it wouldn't go up far enough.

Do you mean the pin that holds the fork in place? The one that you need to remove to take off the tranny? From what take another picture further away and on both sides

Aside from the fork, is the pin inside the master cylinder supposed to come out and move freely? Also the clutch goes straight to the floor when depressed and stays there. I'll get a few more pictures up later today.
