Default subaru daddy daycare (MA rt2area)

Hey fellow fathers (moms too) I thought maybe this would be a good idea.. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. I'm between 25-30 years old and most of my friends are child free. And as a result my little one has really no one to play with. Maybe its just me but I find small talk with other parents at the playground to be boarderline tortuous! Any other parents interested in getting kids together to play while we can talk about things we actually like to talk about. I take my daughter to play anywhere from shirley area to Gardner, athol, ashburnham areas.

Well congratulations 4 months Late!

Just trying to gauge interest now. If we can get a decent amount of people interested we csn talk about setting up a kids meet/ family meet. I like my regular subaru meets but its tough to bring a little kid to a meet then go in and eat with 20-25 people

Agreed, I have two shorties now as well (son 4, daughter almost 2) and getting out to meets has been pretty much a no go since my son was about 8 months old (ie, it's been a while)

HAHAHAHA! I know what you mean about getting out to meets when you have a child. I haven't gone in a LONG time.....as my daughter is now 4!! Not to mention my STi is long gone. I am driving a Forester X now, but it's nothing close to the same. Once I get hired full time(part time now) I'll be doing some serious car searching.

Good luck on the "family meets."

I like the idea and i think i qualify - i'm 31 and have a 6 month old daughter. Not sure the geography works for me but i can try if it comes together. Maybe shoot for a cars/coffee/kids meet up on a weekend morning?

Great! I glad to see some interest in this! Like I said I feel like any where along the rt 2 area should be reasonable for most people in the central/western ma area.

I don't often venture into OT, but I did find this gem a few years ago.
