Default Steel wheels and other vehicles

What other vehicles with 16" wheels have a direct fit for the 2011-2014 wrx? I called a salvage place to buy some 16x6.5 50 mm offset wheels which is what tire rack suggested. They can only search by vehicle and not by the specific part.

Any vehicle with a 5x100 bolt pattern, pretty much.

There was a guy selling a set with that bolt pattern but they were from a firebird with 83 mm offset. That wouldn't work though right even though it has the same bolt pattern?

No.

Neon ACR center bore is too small. Honda offset won't work. From what I know, there isn't anything else.

This is why I look for take-off OEM alloys.

Also, if you get some steelies, take a close look at your lugnuts. If the endcaps are closed, and the car originally came with alloys, aftermarket steelies may set in far enough that the nut will bottom out on the end of the stud before tightening the wheel down. I had that happen on an 02 Outback limited.

Oh....and you also have to worry about the shape of the wheel itself. Some will hit the caliper even after everything else fits.

I'm sure there are plenty of wrx wheels in your local classifieds/craigslist....

Figured by "other vehicles" OP meant within the Subaru family. His post and my answer were too vague. My bad.

Firebird is 5x4.75"

You need 5x100

There may be some front wheel drive GM and Chrysler cars that have what you need, but it's easier to just get subaru wheels and avoid the guesswork.

Thanks for the input. I live in a pretty remote area. There really isn't anything close within 3 1/2 hours.

Sounds like it may be worth looking for the WRX alloys and going that route.

I am in upstate ny which may be a problem, but I have a set of steel wheels with general artic winter tires which have 98% tred on them. They came off of my 2011 wrx which I traded for a 2013 sti which as we all know will now work on a sti. I am looking to get 350 all said and done.

I've seen a legacy/outback with chrysler cirrus wheels (multiple spokes chrome style).

other than that, find subaru steelies or alloys, check your local forum classifieds, right now the NESIC classifieds have a variety of wheels/snow tires.
