Currently the only turbo'd SVX

Well, I just got home from Prescott where Robert installed the turbo kit on my SVX. WOW!

This is the way the car should sound and perform. The kit is a T3 turbo & turbine, unlike some of my previous posts. Not that I'm complaining. 2 1/8 up pipes (IIRC) and 2 1/2 down pipes. Bosch BOV. Everything that we needed was included.

Robert did an incredible job. The car is fast. I don't mean Ferrari fast, but bring on the Cobra's fast. I am planning on changing out the rest of the exhaust in the next week or so to 2 1/2 pipes with dual Magnaflow's at the end. Much like the one that Kinetic sells.

I will be doing some 1/4 mile runs in the next week and posting results.

Give Jon Ryther, aka Rally Knight a PM. He's tested the 4EAT full manual conversion last weekend at the Ramada Express Rally. It performed flawlessly, unlike the two turbos that broke on him. It's been reworked to handle the prodigious torque the car produces (500+ lb/ft from an EJ25), and has flipped the torque bias from 90/10 f/r to 10/90. Cost for the full on conversion is in the mid $3-4K region. But, you'll have a nukeproof auto trans that shifts like a manual.
