Default Po420

I know theres lots of other posts online about this code, just looking for a local opinion..

Was driving out to pick up my Invidia N1 Catback the other day, cruising along the highway when all of a sudden my Check Engine light popped on, this is the second time the light has been on since I bought my car about a month ago. The first time was a misfire in cyl 4 I believe (the car occasionally still misfires if I push it hard enough), now its showing me Po420 with everything stock from the DP to the catback. So when I installed my new catback I checked that all my O2 sensors were connected and tight, and replaced all my gaskets. Cleared the code and off I went.

Well of course it wasn't that easy cause the code keeps popping up after a few hundred KMs of driving.

Should I be worried about it? What kind of options should I be looking at to fix it?

thanks guys

I kept getting that code when I first bought my car. It wouldn't boost past 8-9 psi but ran fine otherwise. All my trouble shooting lead to it having a clogged cat. Bought an a/m downpipe to replace the stock one and it was fixed (and stage 2 )

i always have cel in my car.
and i mean ALWAYS! ever since i installed hi-flow cat in it.
anyway - i'm driving to this rally-x in whistler last month (battery was re-connected cuz car sat for couple of month)
and i know one injector doesn't work properly =o)
surely enough cel came up
so, i got there and did a hard reset ( because i was messing with wires)
and then we started driving - three or four runs. somewhat hard
cel never came back! even on my way back from whistler and that's over 100K!
interesting, hah?
