The slip I have a problem with.....the numbers don't add up at all.

Can we see the whole slip with track, time, date etc?
How about the numbers on the car?
Funny there is a video of an axle breaking but none of the 11.3 pass?

Ill have him post the slips tonight. We are at the shop putting the axle in now. There is a video of the 118mph pass, the 11.3 pass, and the broken pass.

There is 0 to hide. The car is just under 3100lbs with driver, there is no nitrous, no crazy fuel, nothing.

Darius, I have no problem flying you out here to watch the car at the track ( or drive the car if John lets you), and take it apart with your own hands. Hell, take the turbo out and send it out to be taken apart and inspected. I'm not kidding. Its a very light car with an exceptionally skilled driver. This car isnt aimed at anyone, its aimed at 10's. We just happened to set a couple records on the way there. Cant go 10's on a vf with a pig GR sir. Or can you? Prove me wrong and it will be awesome!

We are not worried about this car breaking either. We can care less. My own money is being spent to help set a goal I never finished because my eyes got too big (even though this is the stuff I truely love). What ever it takes.

Your car is MOVING for basic weight reduction. I would have given you props if I saw the thread earlier. Have not been too active here lately. A cool night and you'll pass my 11.50 no problem. Its how much further you want to go after that.

Congrats again, let me know if you want to take a trip!!

-Mikey

Hey dude. The car will be at Evo vs STi tomorrow for some passes. I really wish I could make it but I have a rather important car/friend/client to take care of tomorrow.

Thank you for the requested pics, etc.

Although the slip still doesn't make sense, congrats!

Let's see a pic of car and driver on the scales next time.

Are you serious? I understand you want to defend your record, but what do you think they're hiding? What weight reduction do you think is done?

Will do. I'll have John do this tomorrow. We had a couple hours with the car today and pushed it's diet even further. Our goal is sub 3000 with driver tomorrow

Thats awesome! No need to change the title. Not looking for the over all vf record. We want to go 10's in a stock turbo STi. So one of the few records from the other night was short lived for sure. Lets see what she does tomorrow.

lol

Is this like how my Vf record didn't really count cause it wasn't an STI. Just a gr wrx with a 6spd swap

Vf record, no need to make it car specific so you can have a record. Let's not get crazy and break records down by color, weight and tires..

It's a USDM car with a Vf series turbo.

Congrats on the 11.3, it's motivating enough to make us take 200+lbs out of our 11.4@118mph stock motor car

Just to clarify before I set my car up, does this have to be a stock location vf record?

You better fly john out, I don't think anyone wants to see a 12sec rotated vf drag car lol
