Default Atc-tv

Hi all. My names Josh. A few months ago I joined a car group called "Alaska Tuner Catalog." It's now the largest Facebook Alaskan based car enthusiasts group in Alaska.

I loved it. The cruises I put together, the cars and most of all, the community. I soon became the "vice president" so to speak. Soon though, Brandon (creator of ATC) will be leaving. He had planned on giving the group to me. We both had the same ideas, we clicked, and ATC-TV was born.

Had a meeting with Shaggy and Amanda and it really changed the direction of everything. So much so, I will begin shooting the first episode of ATC-TV Friday the 18th. AKIC means a lot to me, and so does the auto scene. If you would like to be in the first episode, a lot of us are meeting at tikahatnu at 10pm! I'd love to see some of y'all there and get some shots of y'all. Much love,

-littlejosh.

Might check in with MSAK as well, I know a few over there don't really mingle here, but might be interested.

Thank you all. Shaggy, Amanda and I have watched the scene develop. Ups and downs.

For me, watching the Fur Rondy Grand Prix when I was a kid was where it all started. Shaggy and Amanda share that with me. The first episode will be an introduction into the ak car scene. What's up here, who's out, what we drive, and the history of the Alaskan auto scene. Like I said, this is a work in progress. Due to the shutdown, it caused huge financial issues for me. I had to sell everything. Camera. Laptop. Xbox. Etc. all the equipment is all on LOAN from Brandon. So please, be patient with me(: I promise to have the episode done by mid November. Maybe earlier as soon as I get a new laptop. Stay informed with our project!

They tried to start a forum also but FB is where everyone sticks.

I'm sure a page that pulls in feed of main posts (not comments) from FB could be doable but thus is their baby so that's up to them (id be will to help if needed)

Let me know how I can help.

I have done a few food drives with the Food Bank of Alaska and can help.

Also, although I have not worked with them yet, I have a contact within the Veterans Administration for disabled/homeless veterans support.

And always great, especially with the strong military presence, The Wounded Warrior Project.

Wow, I don't troll these boards enough! Thank you guys for receiving the episode and the thesis for the group. ATC is moving towards big things in Alaska and I'm kind of sad that it took off at the end of my run here but I'm sure there's a reason for that.

I hope you guys if you haven't already join ATC, if just to keep tabs of the entire scene. We've got some great people and the talent just keeps coming. Thanks again guys.
