Wink wanna see some fast Subaru's

Yes tonite at Speedworld there will be the RS-T. The SVX-T is much faster these days although Kastle had to steal my MAF sensor since his is screwed. Probably one of the fastest NA SVX's owned by Robert of Forced Air Technologies. And the star will be My 1988 RX Turbo Coupe' Running 13 psi of boost W/ no intercooler and front wheel drive . I just bought a bottle of NOS Racing Formula octane Booster which is guarnteed to raise octane 7 points. So I'm ready to race. Slow Subaru's welcome. But no bed wetters allowed

I am trying to get the Forester out there as well. So Eric your Subaru won't be the slowest one

I have retracted my statement that I will waste kastle's pig. Even though it is a pig, it has been working out and can carry it's weight well. He pulled on me pretty good from a roll at 55 Not used to seeing cars pull on me anymore...it sucks.

Everyone who can should try to come out. You can meet Robert and ask him questions about his turbo kits and get in line to have one installed on your scooby.

KevinL you should get your dad to bring the Legacy Turbo out. 4 turbo Subarus would send the Honda crowd running for cover.

We will be videotaping runs for posting on the AZScooby site as well. It should be one hell of a good time

Judging by how well kastle's SVX runs at freeway speeds, I think he may need a helmet...if that tells you anything. It just depends on how well he can launch that boat

My dads a sissy bed wetter but I'll see if I can get him to race. The forest fire is probably faster than Eric's Impreza

I'm doing a ECU reset right now on the SVX-T, think that might be causing the backfiring. Happened again on the way home. The whole car bucked under and then bam. K2 was in the car with me, and he thought that since the car has a new MAS, a ECU reset should fix it / help.

Need to get some NOS booster and better gas after that, plus the damn oil change.

There is a gas station in Chandler that sell 101 octane gas at the pump. It is very pricey ($3.99/gal) but will probably be better that octane boost. It didn't cause any problems in my car. It is on Chandler blvd at about 44th st. It is a Mobil on the North side of the road. Eric, Dude.....I think I am the nicest one here. The turbo club is seriously pounding you. You had better make sure your NOS system is working VERY good next time you run. Good luck. I am thinking that all the forced inducttion in the group is contributing to the extra hot air we are seeing here.

Cool

Hey Kastle,
You used to be able to buy fuel like that at a little station on 19th Ave. at Cactus. Not sure if it's still there. Might be worth checking. Good luck.

You know Eric, I'd love to know. Robert tested it with different boost pressures, without using boost at all and we were still having problems. At around 4500 RPMs it the car would buckle under and just about stop accellerating. Kind of like if there was a plastic bag clogging the intake.

I told Robert I'm bringing it up Friday and I don't want it back till it works. He's done a phenominal job with the car. It ran very nice up in Prescott, but for some reason not down here.

I will continue to have Robert work on the SVX-T and make the stupid thing work. Once I get that done, I think I will have him do the RS.

While the SVX-T isn't running well, I just can't blame Robert. He's trying his best, as seen tonight with a flashlight trying to work on the car in the dark.

Damn car!

bummer bro.. Hope everything goes well for you.

When you say you want him to "do the RS." Are you talking about having him Turbo it?
