Default Time to sell the RS.

Well, I think its time to sell the Impreza. Its a well sorted, quick, N/A car that has been and will continue to be a thorn in the side of many cars at the local autoxs. Want to be faster on street rubber than most cars on race rubber? Then this is the car for you. It also is an absolute hoot for canyon carving with all that torque. The exterior is in excellent shape (the usual paint nicks from driving around), there is a small dent in the lower driver's door that will be fixed and won't require paint. The interior too is excellent. The front end has been upgraded to a '99, there is a V5 rear wing with carbon fibre center. The car has been on Mobil 1 for its entire life and its been changed every 5k. The car itself has around 70k on it. I say "around" because it has the V4/22B STi instrument panel and I didn't notice what the mileage was when I swapped the clusters. By the way, everything works on the cluster.

Other Mods:

1. Sparco Milano reclining seats
2. Sparco steering wheel
3. Sparco pedals
4. Sparco shift knob
5. Sparco front strut brace
6. Cusco rear strut brace
7. STI/Prodrive short shifter (real deal)
8. Upgraded CD/stereo
9. Rallispec intake with catch can (one of 5 made)
10. ACT clutch
11. Unorthodox lightweight flywheel (11lbs) and UD pulley
12. Syms equal length header (random hi-flow cat) with 2 1/2" exhaust ending in a Scoobysport axle back
13. 20 mm rear sway bar
14. DMS 40s - 225 front, 185 rear - these were rebuilt to new specs less than 6k ago (Cusco pillow ball mounts and STi rears)
15. Brembo rotors with fresh EBC reds
16. Goodrich SS lines all around (ATE super blue brake fluid)
17. 1 set of gold Speedline Piero R's (with Prodrive center caps) 17 x 7 - 225/45/17 SO3s with about 10k left
18. 1 set of gunmetal Rota SubZeros 17 x 7.5 - 215/40/17 Michelin Pilots Sports (about done)
19. 1 set of stock gold '98 rims (a bit of curb rash) with 215/40/16 Falken Azenis, tires are about 2 months old.
20. Harness bar with camera mount
21. Spare P1 suspension setup (also, the real deal)
22. Spare set Borla headers (1st gen) with high flow cat
23. Stock intake, headers, front brake rotors and cat

Found some more bits...

24. STi motor mounts (not installed)
25. SWRT flag (maybe I'll throw in Toshi Arai's pace notes from Greece too)
26. Stock radio, cubby for top of dash

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff. Anyway, this is a package deal, I will NOT part it out. Pictures on request.

Price? SOLD. Come and get it. Email me at mdgerrard@msn.com

Wow. That's a pretty good price for all that stuff. I wish I had 12K laying around. Cheers.

I'll trade you a 1997 Honda Civic HX, great as a commuter car! Nothing wrong with it! Email me if at all interested!

Not a Subaru, I'm afraid. I'm getting a 323 GTX for a daily driver, then I plan to build up a '67-'71 Camaro for autox and track days.
