Default JDM Bug-Eye GG2 to GG9 conversion. NA. Everyday car.

It's my first car and my first experience, so please don't kick me

Last year I bought JDM RHD bug-eyed Impreza Wagon, it had EJ152 SOHC, 5MT front wheel drive at stock setup. After some months of winter driving I decided to convert it to AWD. In May 2013 I bought and installed 5MT dual-range AWD gearbox (4.11 ratio), GGA rear suspension (fully) with red JDM KYB struts, driveshaft from SG5 and suretrac rear diff (4.11 too) . During summer I installed STi front seats from GDB and front brakes (2pot) from Legacy B4 TT. So EJ152 with it's 100 hp became unsufficient for this awd setup and I started planning an engine swap. I've got JDM EJ204 AVCS from Legacy Wagon BH5 with ECU and wiring harness from JDM EJ254 and started swapping. During swap I've changed fuel pump - installed new one for JDM EJ208 TT, AFR sensor and MAF. Everything is done, but I got CEL sometimes with P1309 code. P1309 is a Short Curcuit on left (2) AVCS valve (OCV). I've checked the wiring harness - there's no shorts. Replaced both AVCS valves with new ones, checked resistance on both - problem persists. But when I unplug that OCV - CEL is off, but I think ECU must then show me P1308 (curcuit open) error code, so it doesn't. Wtf?
Please, any help would be appreciated

Solved. Problem was a bad transistor, left OCV driver - Panasonic 2SK3026 MOSFET. Replaced with working one (from EJ254's ECU), now AVCS is working.
