I'm kind of curious as to why it didn't hold more boost at higher rpms with all your mods?? Either way nice numbers, any plans for E85?

im just wondering if you had 93 how much more could you squeeze out?
this looks really good though the way it is, but i know people have made more. At this point the car has so much money in it just for a small gain over stock injectors.
It doesnt really taper that much at redline as a regular stage 2 so i think thats pretty damn good. How much more power did you make with ewg and injectors? or was this all done at once?

When these turbos are out of their efficiency range, more boost usually yields LESS or equal power. After a certain point your just blowing extremely hot air. If E85 was available in my area that's what I would be running. Hopefully its coming soon!

Everything was done all at once. Paul was saying the external wastegate definitely prevented the power from tapering so quickly over an internally gated setup.

Nice looking ride - I have the same setup and on 93 pump im pushing 323WHP and 351WTQ. I had my tuner (Jorge, IAG) tune it down. First tune was 335WHP and 362WTQ and I was concerned about the tranny. The power feels great but I need more after a year on this setup.

I just bought a stage 2 clutch and I am going to purchase blast plates from Moore Performance, do fuel system and E-85. Maybe 1.5XTR

Car looks good man!

Thanks man! I have similar plans for this car. California 91 really just bums me out My future turbo setup will really depend on the availability of E85 when that time comes, but it will include a clutch, inlet, TGV deletes and an equal length header. Good luck with your build!

I added an EWG and a frontmount with stock injectors and thats where i left off. it still tapers heavy towards redline and my IDC are very high, over 105 at WOT...but the taper keeps it safe. My next mod is ID 1000 and im sitting here looking at my used invidia headers.

best thing is comparing results on the same dyno. ill have 3 overlays to look at as i progress. although im paying for tuning twice the retune was pretty cheap compared to the initial stage 2 tune.

Thanks! Yes, still on stock clutch and holding strong. My research shows the stock clutch will hold until about 400WTQ if treated nicely.

Depends alot on the driver. I've seen 40k mile stock clutches hold 350+ wtq.
