Thumbs up SCCA support crew and info at JCS!

Guys, since I have the employment of working at JCS, I would like to make JCS the local info center for ANY SCCA events, i.e. gathering info, planning events, sponsoring locals who attend (Ganz? are you seeing this?) in an effort to expand the number of people who are interested in this. We plan to be at EVERY autocross and will help the SCCA officials by issuing BIGGER magnetic numbers, setting up an area where you can get a drink and provide some useful info for ALL attendees. I would just like to know if this sounds beneficial to racers in the RMIC area. Feedback please!

Kevin

Are the drinks free?

Excellent idea, this will generate interest from other car owners at the autoX. Which could expand JC's from a Subaru shop, to also doing Mazda's, Audi's, etc.

This will generate more overhead for you guys, of course overtime does equate to a larger paycheck.

I told Joe I thought this was great - free loaner magnetic numbers, and free water during the events!

Great idea.

Great idea, you guys should come out to the rallycrosses also. Check www.coloradorally.org for the series details. The next rallycross is March 25th.

What would your sponsership entail? Discounts off of entry fees for flying JCSports banners? Free race tires for owners of 2000 Blue Ridge Pearl 2.5RS's?

Just getting back, the drinks would be free(water), we will be trying to finish our race and street cars ASAP to participate in these events. Yes it would entail EVERY event that Subies would be at! Sponsorship would be pending some decisions yet to be made. We are having a meeting tonight and this will be one of the topics.

They moved to Northglenn, near 104th and Irma. Check their website for the exact address: www.jcsportsinc.com

So, if you don't sponsor me, then I get to remove the two JC Sports decals from my car?

I'm thinking about getting sponsored by NIKE. That way I can put a big swoosh across the back window

Well, free drinks and maybe a tent to sheild us from the hot sun would be great!! I'd be glad to fly the JCS name, I'm not going to ask for anything big like a set of race tires like Eric , maybe just a set of TEIN HA Coilovers.... J/K!! HAHAA!!

Actually, JCS sponsored half the cost of my tranny and I put "one" sticker on the car.

Then they snuck another on the car last time I was there for work to be done
