Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb 2001

Me and some other fellow Subaru guys from Nebraska will be attending the Pikes Peak hill climb this year and would love to meet up some of you for the event. Or just to talk cars and hang out.

It will be a blast and I'm looking forward to finding some nice twisty mountian roads myself.

I'm always game for this type of stuff. There are a handful of us that live in Colorado Springs (Larry Ganz, bratmantlz, PunksRS, couple others not on the board). I'm sure we could hook up. Let us know when you are coming.

After last year, I'm going to get there around 4am, so I can get a good spot halfway up the mountain.

it's always been on the 4th of july, but i think this year they are going to hold it on the weekend prior. since i don't have a calendar in front of me i think it will be the 3rd of july. i guess the attendance was dropping due to the holiday and what-not. being not on the 4th, they expect a larger crowd.
