Default Mr. Lin's 2013 ISM STi base 4dr pix

yeah, it's pretty much stock, but I've only had it for like two weeks. only mods so far are oem fogs, ap with Eric @ TP stage 1 tune, fuel line extension and alignment (not really a mod, but a must).

there are some side mouldings in the mail. plans for the future include: brotiform nues, fortune auto 500s, and some bolt ons. since, this is supposed to be my baby hauler in the future, I don't think it wise to go nuts. anywho, enjoy the photos of this stock beast!

What is the fuel line extension and alignment "mod"?

I found it:

does your gr/gv stumble between 2400-3000rpm?
http://www.iwsti.com/forums/how-inst...e-fix-mod.html

and alignment is just alignment to fix the effed up factory toe.
i guess i kinda worded that weird.

LoL you beat me to it. I've noticed some stumble, in general. Sometimes more noticeable than others. How exactly does this remedy the stumble? I thought you mean fuel line alignment lol

I just read deeper into the thread. Not sure I completely follow: "With the stumble gone the LC tables will cause the car to inject more fuel than is needed. The LC tables are there to try and compensate for the stumble."

So more fuel gets injected into the cylinder causing it to run a little more rich?

Oh and nice car

google the gr sti stumble. there's a bunch of information and theories about the problem and how this fixes it. it has to do with a standing wave in the short fuel line after the damper to the rail that causes the stumble and i believe they said, "a lean mixture" which could cause damage to your engine in the long run. Eric at TP suggested I do the mod so he could properly tune the car.

as for the LC tables, I believe the tuner is supposed to zero those out or cut the amounts to 20% or something.
I don't know how tuning works lol.

so i've been doing very light modding on the car since i got it back in april. after the tune, i focused more on aesthetics, starting with a lip...

it didn't fit perfectly at first because i wasn't very patient. i fixed it later once i got back from cali.

afterwards, i pinstriped the grill and got myself a nice moddiction textured knob

then came time to finally lower her. i took and had her rear fenders rolled and i trimmed the bumper tab. got my fortune auto 500s with swift springs and radial bearings 6k/5k, which, in hindsight, is a tad bit too soft for me, even as a dd. i think 7k/6k would be better suited and still give oem ride quality.

how she looked right before...

fronts

installed

after messing with the heights and putting some 25mm spacers on, here's how she looks now!

IMO, the cleanest marquee plate is the STI plate, like the one I have. Oh and I approve of the Hella Horns. I've got some blue ones, they give a nice touch to the front of the car.

they're soft, even for dd. 6k/5k, like I said, was a mistake. I think 7k/6k or even 8k/7k would be fine on the swift springs. other than that, amazing coilovers for the price
