Default Quick and easy question on spring rates

How will my my ride be with 215/195 lb/in Springs on my stock struts. I believe these are the same spring rates as the Prodrive and Sti springs, which were made for use with the stock struts.

If anyone has these or springs with similar rates on STOCK WRX struts, please let me know how the ride is (bumpy, harsh, ect...)

That would be a nice and comfy spring rate... My GC's are 325/250 and are rather stiff in the front... those will be nice.

its fine

occasionally you will get a bit of bouncieness on certain roads, usually on the highway.

and you cant take speedbumps at 80mph any more

Awe....I loved doing that Hopefully they wont be too bad. The thing is I take a really rough road to school every day, so I hope it wont be TOO harsh or bumpy.

theres harsh roads all around here
I got springs with rates similar to yours
at first thought it was pretty bad
but I was running around with super stiff sidewall tires at 40psi

dropped them to 35psi and its fine now

Alright...right now Im on RE92's so I think that should be ok

Next spring I plan on getting tires for my 17" wheels so by then I should be used to the ride.

Now I jsut hope SOMEONE comes out with some upgraded struts that I dont have to cut apart (aka Koni's).

KYB needs to come out with adjustables for the WRX.
