Default ECU reset and Fuel computer

After an ECU reset via battery disconnect the values I have in my Fuel computer seem to be no longer valid. I am running an HKS AFR it it matters. What should I be doing to values of the AFR at ECU reset? Should I leave them as is and once the computer is done relearning the will once again become valid? Should I set them all to zero for the learning and then readjust? If I leave the values in does it effect the learned values of the ECU?

Not sure of the rest, but I assume that yes, it will effect the values learnt by the stock computer as long as you've changed the fueling that it uses on closed loop, not just open loop only situations.
