Thumbs up

I love the Rex it is an awesome car. The car it replaces is a 1989 Mazda 323 GTX which you may or may not know has AWD and a turbocharged intercooled 1.6 liter four banger. It was Mazda's rally entrant in the late 80's and early 90's. The Rex is a whole other league. I have to say I hate the RE92's though. I think most everyone feels that way.

Hello, I almost got my WRX in blue. I really like that color. I ended up getting silver instead though. It was a tough decision. The other tough decision was wagon or sedan? I got the sedan but still really like the wagon. How many miles do you have?

I had the same problem, it was a toss up between blue and silver. I could not make up my mind on sedan vs. wagon so I went with the one that weighed less. I have put about 4400 miles on it so far and I can't quite grinning everytime I get behind the wheel.

Cool

It does that to you (grinning alot). So there is another blue WRX on the west side now. As it is, I'm starting to feel part of a herd. There were 2 at the Arvada 64th Ave Checker on Saturday - didn't get a chance to talk though.

Welcome.

That's crazy, the car I had before MY01RS was a 86 Mazda 626-GT Turbo hatchback. I loved that car. Over 220,000 miles on that little 2.0 4banger. I had to let it go though. The back left strut rusted up into the frame, kinda like a all natural lowrider. I still have it if anyone wants to take it. $500 and its yours. The rest of the car is fine, well a few rust spots here and there.

I still have the 323,it is in my driveway. I am putting the for sale sign on it soon. I am asking $2,500 if anyone is interested. It would make a great rally car for someone that does not want to spend a lot.
