Talking JC Sports - savin' my butt again...THANKS!

Hey everyone -

Well, I spent saturday at the shop watching Joel and Albert (welder) work their magic. We decided to modify the stock strut mounts to fit the coilovers. Joel and Albert did a kick-a** job. You wouldn't be able to tell that the mounts weren't OEM. The best part is that they are re-usable with the stock parts.

Anyway, I have less camber now than I did with the Teins. It looks like a have about as much as some of the stock WRXes I see running around. The car rides well and handles even better. And, the best part - NO DAMN CLUNKING! Being the obsessive-compulsive anal bastard that I am, those Tein mounts were driving me crazy.

I'll keep you guys updated as the mods get added. The next round: fuel pump, boost controller, exhaust.

Forever the Guinea Pig.

-Diz

Maternity clothes shopping?!?!? Poor bastard. I think I would rather stay home and pull my fingernails off with pliers.

Anyway, sorry you couldn't come down. I guess this is why I'm not married.

Hehe, I can just hear it now. "God, please let Diz be screwed. Amen" (just kidding, of course)

We'll have to get together with PunksRS and go for a little drive. The guy with the radar detector leads.

Joel and his team have a lot of know-how when it comes to Subarus. Add performance and racing experience to that, and I'd say you Colorado folks are very lucky to have him to work on your cars!

Yeah, we're definitely lucky, and I have two radar detectors, so the leader can borrow one on the drive!
