Default Kicker Audio Upgrade Package

anyone know if the kicker audio upgrade package on 15' WRX is port installed?

or does it go on car as it's being assembled?

and is it worth it?

You could get kicker speakers upgrades n what not ...
but for the audio quality ... simply Don't
For the whole kicker audio upgrade package w/Sub
you might as well pay a bit more for Harmon Kardon system.

or simply go after market for new speakers/amps

Honestly, I say go with After Market Speakers and Amp. I don't know how great the Harman Kardon is on the car, but I love Infinity Reference series.

Also, if you do it yourself, or have a shop installed it, you can stuff in more Sound Deadening material if you like as well

Since nobody has a 2015 yet, I think you'll be hard pressed for someone to vouch for it. Best bet is to wait until it all comes out and test it out.

As for port installed or as assembled, ask the dealer you're apparently thinking of buying from.

Also, "worth it" questions don't go over well here. What's worth it to some isn't to others.
