Hi everyone,

I've been creeping on NAISOC because it's a very resourceful community and you can never learn too much am I right. I picked up a 2013 WRX last september, it's my first subaru and I absolutely love it.

I didn't get a chance to test drive an STi so I really have no comparison but fell in love with the WRX after a few test drives (comparing it to a speed3, FRS, civic SI at that time)

Good choice. I had a couple GC8's while I was in Japan and fell in love with them so I picked up a '14 STi last month when I came back to the states, love it.

Welcome OP...you have a mod wish list yet?

Frankly, I'd start with a DP, CBE, CAI and an AP and run the stg 2 basemaps and see how you feel. After that, do all your research, try to ride in a few more heavily modded cars and see what you like before you do any more work. I'm now on my 3rd dyno tune because I keep adding parts. At $400 each tune, you can see I could have had an extra $800 if I'd just done what I'm doing now a couple years ago! =)

Congrats on the car, enjoy it!

The first mod I've done was getting a Cobb AP, then I put on the OTS Stage 1 map on to it and the car really came alive. After some more reading about Torqued Performance, definitely considering trying their maps.

I've ordered a SMY Cluster with Defi Boost and Defi Oil Pressure as well as a Kartboy SS from SMYPerformance thus far, very excited for these parts!!

As well as a set of Work Emotion CR-KAI 17x8 5x100 +47

I'm hesitant to make so many power-mods yet and kind of want to in the direction of suspension and handling mods first, there is a lot of power I already can't put to the corners so more power isn't going to help, but these are all things I eventually want to do!
