Thumbs down ej205 bent valve solution

So a dry fire on an ej205 vf 22 equipped with stock fuel supply 4in dp to 4in straight pipepipe minimal back pressure. This car was tuned to spike at 20psi i did a compression test and the 3rd cyl came up very low. From what i believe its a bent valve. I havent gotten the chance to remove the heads yet as i dont have proper tools to remove the cam gears it twisted an allen bit i had in the air gun.
So heres a few questions im stumped with:
First off easiest way to remove cam gears..?
Should i buy used 205 heads with a better fuel supply?
Will ej205 heads equipped with 272 cams bc springs retainers seats work with vf22 and better fuel supply?(this is an ej205)
Or just have the heads rebuilt?
What is the best route to take?
Thanks
-rex

First let's start with what are your intentions with the car? Daily driver? Build it for racing or both?

I think im going with ej205 heads with bc 272s valves springs and retainers. Are their precautions for running these high angle cams with an ej205 bottomend? Its unheard of for me ive been searching and it seem s everyone else is using them for hybrid builds or 257s. So basically im questioning putting 272s on top of an ej205 vf22 turbo and pending a better fuel supply
