Default New WRX owner!

Hay guys! I got my 04 WRX a few weeks ago and thought id introduce myself to the community. Its got 139k miles on it and (don't hate me) its an automatic. I will most defiantly be looking at an STi 6 speed swap. Iv got ALOT of questions about Subaru's and WRXs so hopefully the NASIOC community can enlighten me XD

Plus, im new to forums, so if you can let me know how to add pictures to posts

Congrats on the purchase! I'd look into maintenance and recalls before anything. I know our cars have recalls for the front LCAs and the fuel lines I believe.

Welcome welcome, is this your first Subaru? What did you drive before it? Start saving for that swap, it won't be a cheap one! I'm also planning an STI 6MT swap on my Forester in the near future. GL!

This will be my 3rd Subaru. Iv had 2 legacy L wagons before, 95 and 99 30th anniversary. Before my WRX I was driving an 03 Hyundai Elantra that crapped out on me. I got an automatic WRX because it was a sweet deal. Really wish I had a stick

First time feeling the boost then, ay? No shame in getting an auto, in many cases they have had an easier life than their manual counterparts so your maintenance costs could be substantially cheaper in the long run.
