Start with proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Then read the stickies at the top of each section.

And yes, you'll need a proper tune for every engine modification. Or your engine will assplode.

And please fill out your profile. If I knew you were international, (English not your first language) I would of let the grammar slide.

I neglected to mention this in my first post, congrats on the new subaru!

Two ways to learn about your car ...

READ, READ, READ!!! Pretty much anything you'll need to ever know about your car can be found on this site or elsewhere on the web.

Do as much repairs, maintenance and mods as possible yourself. Nothing like a little hands-on work to give you a better understanding on how things operate.

Good Luck!

Good luck with your quest for Subaru knowledge, if you have any questions along the way don't be afraid to ask around. Post up some pics/specs of your WRX so that we have an idea of what you're rolling around in.

If I were you like mentioned, try to find out if your water pump and timing belt service has been done.

Also replace that up-pipe if it has not been already done, simple to do and will get you under the car to see if there are any other problems going on below (leaks of any kind).

Depending on how many miles and how many owners you have gone through with the car, you might have some maintenance to catch up on first, make sure it's in good running condition. Maybe start off with a new oil change?

Congrats and have fun with it!
