Talking ANOTHER embarrassing moment brought to you by...

since i'm so in tune with giving the wave or nod to fellow WRX drivers...i was driving up this street from the balboa bart station (towards twin peaks and laguna honda hospital) when suddenly i noticed this blue wrx wagon drivng the opposite way...i calmly slow down to see who was driving and after i gave the wave and the cheesy smile...i noticed it was an old white lady driving it. her puzzled look was more than enough to make me slide under my seats in embarrassment. thankfully my gf wasn't in the car this time.

The officail Suby wave should just be changed to the Bird :monkey: . Then no one would have to worry if they didn't get the "wave" back.

Yes, only slightly less uncomfortable is the wave and acknowledgment to a fellow subie owner in a lane next to you and being stuck next to them for the next 10 miles...

I was stuck in some nasty traffic in I-5 North going to Sac. Two old ladies in an old caddy (sorry not a wrx) actually motioned me to roll down my window, and gave me props on my car. Not actually in street lingo, but they really liked it.

I see a lot of SLOW camry drivers. They drive like they are OLD!! The few people I see in the Matrix, ALWAYS think they are fast, and to top it off......they think they are faster than me!! Ha!
