Default Have Magnicofre Spark plug wires been chaged to fit better yet?

I need to change mine. One of the spark plugs came out black while the others were normal. Maybe it was a bad spark plug? I don't know yet. I changed the spark plugs last week coz I was getting some vicious hesitation after a good rain. Well, it hasn't rained yet.

But in my search for advice in the mod section, I read that a lot of you had problems getting the Magnicores to click into the spark plugs. Has that been resolved by the manufacturer? Will this be a problem if I get Magnicore and I need to remove the wires later? Could I damage it if the fit isn't perfect?

Thanks.

BTW, someone recommended Sparkco 9mm Plug Wires. Is that good?

EDIT - oh my...I didn't bother to spell check the subject heading! OOPS!

Not sure this is quite an EM&T question, but I suppose it's valid.

No, I don't think they've been changed, but I got mine on without too much of an issue. I had to use the heel of my hand to pop them in real hard and they haven't failed me since.

You can move this if you like.

How about removing the wire? It was difficult enough with the stock spark plug wires.

Heh, to be honest... I haven't removed them yet. I swapped out the intake manifold last weekend and I just left them in the cylinder and popped them off the coil to do it. I'll have to swap the plugs soon, though, so we'll see if I can get them back on or not.
