Default Need help... Just did a 2.2 turbo legacy engine swap...

I just finshed a 2.2 turbo legacy engine swap with a hal-tech enige management system. But i can not get the car to turn over. When i turn the key you hear the engine but it just wont kick over. Does anyone know whats going on? Or how to fix it?

Does it sound like the starter is activating? If yes, then check to see if the engine will turn over by using the crank pulley. If no, start going over your wiring...
