Default where to get window tint and xpel protection

Since VTR closed down, I'm not too sure where I can get my new car windows tinted and have xpel protection film installed.
Northwest Auto salon seems to be a good place, but their prices are a bit too expensive.
Does anyone recommend shops in Lynnwood/Everett area?

I actually saw Wayne, owner of VTR, this weekend and asked him. He said to look up Xtreme Tint in Marysville. That's who he recommends and actually trained him to do tint.

I could only find a phone number from a result or two for a place called that in Marysville.

Does Wayne have an account on here still I can PM? I only ever PM'd the VTR account.

Northwest Auto Salon does really excellent work and will treat you right. Click the link below for a list of other certified XPEL installers (most install tint) in your area.

Accutint did mine, they're in the Cadillac dealership just North of the Shoreline Carter Subaru.

I got my windows tinted at Jays Tint Shop in Kirkland. I would trust them to put a clear bra on too. Another shop I would recommend is Accutint Seattle on Airport Way. (Not the same as the one in Shoreline or Bellevue). I got tail light overlay done there and would trust them to tint and wrap without hesitation.

Both shops are quality.

I'll call both Jays tint and accutint tomorrow for the quotes. But it looks like Jay's tint is not an authorized installer for xpel film. Also, are all Accutint shops owned by the same owner?

Accutint Seattle (on Airport Way) seems to have a different website from "Accutint of Bellevue." Not sure what that's about, but between that and what someone else said in here, it looks that way.

From my understanding they were owned by the same dude but something happened and it's just the one on Airport Way. Don't quote me on that because I'm not 100% sure on that. There is 3 shops with that name. The one on Airport Way is the one I'd go to if I were you. Caleb and his team are very good and really high attention to detail. I don't know the price on tint or wrap at all but just remember "you get what you pay for." You will be in good hands there.

Hit up Seth at Accutint in Bellevue. While you are waiting you can check out some of the Ferrari's or Aston's he's worked on that day. He might be a bit pricier though.
But as stated above, "You get what you pay for."

The Accutint shops are independently owned.

I'm doing it either at Jays or accutint in seattle, but Jays told me they use suntek product. How's that compared to xpel?

Did Jay's start carrying xpel? I had a 3m put on my ralliart and after 1 year it was green.

Suntek Carbon is an awesome film. I have it on both my 1M and my Ralliart. Highly recommended. Just make sure that Jay's carries xpel for the clear bra, I have not had good luck with 3m in this climate.

He said he doesn't carry xpel. I only need to put it on my bumper for clear bra, so if suntek product isn't good as xpel for clear bra, then I would have to go with xpel.
