Question Help: Loud rattle coming from High Flow Cat in my MRT header!

It is as annoying as all get out!! Has anyone had this problem and what can I do to fix it? I have already sent an email to MRT and the place of purchase. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks-

Robmat

It's prolly junk. They do typically cover it, though they don't cross ship, you've got t order one, replace it, and send the original back. If they determine it was due to abuse, then you are SOL... otherwise they _should_ refund the replacement. I'd recomend getting on the phone w/ the reseller. They can hopefully facilitate that. On a side note, I haven't replaced mine... well, not yet at least, we'll see if it passes inspection (I doubt it, but what the hey..)

I've only had the header for a little under 2 months tops and approximately 4K miles, giving a generous estimate. The header is still cosmetically perfect and all mounts are in good shape. I hope I hear back from MRT and the vendor soon. Thanks for the link!

When I removed my jacked MRT cat, the matrix was bare of any catalytic materials. No passy-passy, if I had been tested.

Crap. I just ordered a MRT header with the cat (stupid me for wanting to save the enviroment). I should have forgone the cat. I had a Jeep that had the cat replaced 3 times while still under warranty. I dont know about aftermarket pieces, but factory ones a warrantied for 8 yrs, or 80,000 miles. But still...crap.
