Default What is the Best Spark Plugs???

I was wanting to know what everyone thought was the best Spark Plugs for a 2002 WRX.

These are my current mods:
TXS stage 2 Utec
Vishnu Uppipe
GFB pulleys
Samco Intercooler hoses

I like the Denso Iridium Spark Plugs, but I don't know what stage to get.

If you have a set of Spark Plugs on your REX please tell me what type of imporvements it made on your car.

I'm running NGK PRF7B's. These are 1 step cooler than the STi recommended. They're expensive as bloody hell but they seem to work well. No fouling at low speed.

A lot of ppl are running NGK BKR7EVX-11 They are one step colder and work excellent. They are being replaced by
BKR7EIX-11 I don't know if that update has taken place yet but it is just supposed to be an improvement in longevity.

Uhm, you don't have a cap or wires unless your running a Tec2 or Tec3 The 2002 and up WRXs use coil on plug ignition.
