Default newb question regarding visual differences between EJ257 heads and Ej205 heads?

I have my flame suit on. I'm looking at possibly purchasing a wrx with a 04 "sti" ej257 swap in it. I'm a little cautious, because in the engine bay pics he sent me, he is running a wrx TMIC, intake manifold, and wrx ecu and harness. I know you can run these items on a Ej257, but would not have avcs. My question is, how can I tell just by looking in the engine bay up close and personal if they really are indeed EJ257 heads and not EJ205 heads? Are they stamped somewhere with a specific part number? I'm fairly new to suby game, so be gentle.... lol

google pictures of both and note the AVCS solenoid on the ej25 heads, probably the easiest thing to spot between the two.

Numbers will be cast into them too... Something25 is what it'll be.

The 2004-2005 EJ25 heads say "B25", which is next to the exhaust runners IIRC.
Link to differences between the two heads here

Not entirely true
There are a few different head casting codes for the 2.5 turbo engines. B25, D25, W25
