Default notched na crossmember for ej207 swap

I have been looking for a 91-94 turbo legacy in junkyards all around maryand and pa, No luck. all i get back is thats a rare car buddy. I have all the tools necassary to notch and reinforce the crossmember. I have been researching but what front turbo sway bar will fit the na crossmember in my rs. I hear the sti will fit but its close to rubbing dont know the year. If anyone has a crossmeber to sell me thats cool too but wondering what to do in this situationand of course im not doing the work my buddy is. I have seen forms on here but got no real answers to their questions.

Any turbo crossmember 1990 -2007 will work for your swap. I got a new one from Subaru for $125 when I swapped my engine many year ago (1996 L to EJ205, then 207 bits, now 2.1L with a mash of parts)

Alternately, if you feel comfortable notching and reinforcing the crossmember you can go that route. I've seen it done plenty of times and have never seen a failure.

It would help if you filled out your profile (car, location) and told everyone what car and year (there are diferences year to year) you are swapping an EJ207 into. Also- this question would be better in the coversions forum, where engine swaps are bread and butter.
