Go for it! I'm thinking about getting the lift, as well...Although I already have the Baja!

First mods should be an ECB nudgebar with two Hella FF 100s (plus my CB antenna forward mounted off the nudgebar). Hopefully coming soon. I only need the bar!

Matt, You've gotta do it! Baja's are really starting to grow on me. The Black/Silver combo is really sexy too.

I already thought about the ECB bullbar.

I am very seriously considering a black Baja (Jerry). Becky and I took a long look at one at Prestige and at SOJ. All I need to do is find someone to buy the RS....payoff is only about $13,900.....

I'd like a black one...5 speed. Speaker/subwoofer upgrade and bed extender...that's it.

Also, Fido, does Paisan still have the ability to order the ECB parts?

Yeah, he does. Which reminds me I have to bug him for the prices so I can order mine

The sound in the Baja without the upgraded sound is fairly good, so I didn't get the sound packages. I got them in the RS and it didn't make all that much difference. In the Baja it would probably make a bit more difference, but I'm not that much of a musicophile anyway

I have a 6 CD in dash changer in the GT and I only ever listen to 1 CD (#5, BTW, which I moved to the Baja so I have to copy again). I burned a CD with some of my favorite tracks So much for 6 CDs when I compiled all the good stuff into 1!

Thumbs up

Yeah...the standard speakers are ok...but I did notice something.

In our new OBS, it came with the standard speakers and single CD loader. Sounded like crap.

Then I put a WRX head unit into the OBS. Changed dramatically. A total transformation. So, I did the same thing with my RS that has the full stereo upgrade. Sounds even better than the OBS.

If I sell the RS, I'll keep the WRX head unit and put it into the next Subaru I purchase.

Yeah, I guess different headunits can really help sound. If I did want to improve the quality of the sound in the Baja I'd probably just buy better speakers. They're a bit cheaper than a headunit, and all the neato headunits are too flashy for my tastes....I don't really need a headunit with a screen saver or multicolor display, or 50000000e^7 different buttons in different colors...Or a touch screen (that one was cool...was nearly 500 bux, tho!)

I almost bought a WRX unit for my RS, but then I decided why should I bother if my RS was dying...RIP RS!
