Question TEC 2 help

ok, I just payed for a tec 2 ecu. It's setup for NA mode, I am using it for a FI application. My understanding is that I need to get a new 2 or 3 bar map sensor and some software updates. My question is, where do I get the software? I searched wrxhackers.com but no luck and i-club got no results....so what do I need to turn on my car? Thankyou much

Go to Electromotive's website -
www.getfuelinjected.com

You need WinTEC2.

Info on WinTEC2 can be found here.

WinTEC2 can be downloaded from that page, and you can also download the software user's guide.

If you're boosted, you need at least a 2 bar map sensor. If you plan to run over 14psi boost, you need a 3 bar map sensor (not likely). Stick with the 2 bar unless you need the 3 bar.

Those sensors are normal GM sensors, and can be purchased from Electromotive (or any autoparts store).
