Default are there any stand alone engine management which keeps your air and all functions.

i am looking for a stand alone engine management that i can use that will keep all of my factory functions as far as air conditioning and that crap while being fully capable of a 500 hp motor? any help would be great. and if there is an engine management... which one and who can tune it properly. thanks again.

Most of them can. It depends on the number of outputs there are.

Who can tune them? Well, each one has it's own tuner. Look for the people that know them best and go to them.
