The FRONT seats bolt in. The rears do not fit like stock. It can't be THAT different, but may not end up looking/fitting as easily.

i believe something to keep in mind is that the rear seats would fit better in a 4 door GC8. (just thought i'd mention that since the rears are slightly different between GC8 coupes & sedans-U.S.)

Default rear seats

hey guys just try it. i put wrx seats in my 91 legacy4dr. the bottom back seat bolted right in to those wire loop hangers that are in thelower front and the plate mounts in the rear. it should be close enough but you might have to drill the hole out on the plate mounts to be able to put the bolts in. the upper back seat has those rod sections that come down over hooks on the body of the car, again subaru did not stray far from mounting locations. the lower mounts for the upper back seat are also withinreach of the original mounting holes. the only problem i had is that bracket for the fold down to lock it in place would not work without redrilling or just finding a different mount fro it at a junk yard. there are a few gaps around the edges for seats but nothing that foam and trim wouldn't cover up. take a couple dimensions on thespacing of your brackets for the top and bottom seats and compare them to the rex...they should be close. gooodluck
