Anyone see the WRX on the sidewalk in front of the Wiltern last night (Tues 11-5)?

There was a silver WRX on the sidewalk in front of the Wiltern Theater in LA. It was sitting on red carpet and was roped off, plus it had big shining spotlights on it. Anyone know what was going on? Someone said a "Variety Fair" event??
