Turbo back and exhaust smell in cabin?

Just had the VS2 kit installed today. I'm getting a strong exhaust smell in the cabin with the window's open. I'm wondering if this is just blowback of exhaust from a system with fewer cats or if I might have an exhaust leak at one of the joints near the driver or passenger windows? With the windows closed, there's no problem.

Any experience or thoughts for others with turbo backs?

I never smell anything from my turbo back when i'm sitting in my car with the windows down, only when i walk behind the car when my tt is counting down. Do you have any leaks? Missing any grommets in the firewall? I hear a lot more noise inside my car because i'm missing one of my grommets trying to string wires to the battery.
