Default X-drilled rear rotors

I have a set of almost new cross drilled rear rotors for WRX or RS.

Kian, would it be hard to install the stock rotors on a Suby that came w/ drum brakes (my friend's OBS wagon)? Do you need to replace anything else, or just the rotors?

thanks,
-scott-
