I'm the victim of a hit and run!

Well, last night some jerk decided it would be funny to back into my car, twice. I was in my bed trying to sleep it was about 12:30 am, I heard a car come to a stop down the street, I can see my car from my window, so I looked out. This person proceeds to back up and hit the gas and hit my car, then they pulled forwards, and did the same thing again, except much harder this time. Then they took off. I went out there and looked at it, called the cops, then waited all night to see if they had the nerve to come back around. Here are some pictures, luckily I have full coverage insurance, I guess the good part is I can get my GT hood now. But here are some pics of the damage that was done....

Its kinda of hard to see in these pics but the hood is creased on both sides, and my bumper beam is pretty much bent to hell...

I had a guy do that to my car a couple years back. He went down my neighbors driveway, then backed out, hit my car, went forward and figured if he hit it harder it would move or something.

Turns out the car was stolen. Just my guess with you as well. Only Grandmas accidentally hit cars twice.

Yeah, I dont know who the hell would do this to me. I dont have many enemies, haha. They better pray that I dont find out who it was...

That sucks... I hope insurance covers you without too much hassle.

The only thing I can think of is you may have inadvertantly caused some road rage in someone...

During a commute fairly long ago, a driver in front of me pulled a boneheaded and dangerous maneuver, so I laid on the horn and "mentioned" it as I drove by... then I realized, I drive this same commute every day, and that guy probably does too, and he could follow me to work, or home...

Anyway, sorry about the car.
