Default Removing light scratches from bumper

My rear bumper has some very light scratches in it that do go beyond the paint level. What's the best way to remove these (if any)?

cheapest will probably be touch up paint. just be really careful...

don't get factory touch up paint, that stuff sucks.

really good polyurethane paint that matches color code exactly.
