the scratch on HIS FOREHEAD (after you put it there with a bat) shouldn't be hard to remove...it's the blood and crying that'll be the problem!

sorry to see the "scratch." look on the bright side...now you can get those *ultra* trendy altezza tail lights for your car!

Yah seriously...what ripoff joint did you take that too?

Two body panels and the bumper and a $80 taillight. $4000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It cost only $7k to fix my car and they had to order almost the whole suspension new, and spent like 10-15 hours of labor!

I hate body shops...they all suck schwanz.

I appreciate your humor at the situation. I dunno if Id be finding funny things to say if I were in your position. But what else can ye do? So you can drive his 4x4 when your car is in the body shop and he gets the el-funko rent mobile?

Well, you do have to remember that the rear fender is part of the frame of the car. So fixing it will take some more time. But in any case, that is pretty expensive. But it sucks to see that.

well the $3822 is the insurance quote, since it's going through my friend's insurance...

as for not being mad...I could be mad, but whats the point, it happened already. Not worth losing a friend over something that's replaceable...

Thanks for the inputs though...

Blah. It's not that bad. Battle scars give the car more character anyways.

$3822 is right around what my insurance ended up with. I had almost the exact same damage. Just make sure that the trunk closes okay. I have to close mine from near the center or it won't close right...

Well I was going to make a joke about getting Altezzas but since I would be the 50th person to do that, now all I'm doing is taking up space.

Good luck getting it fixed and let me know what body shop you went to and if they do a good job. Also if you have to get on a frame puller make sure the place has a Car-o-Liner with a full measuring system. It sounds like a joke but a couple professional body shop i-clubbers told me that.
