Default Have a Couple Hundred Dollars To Spend...

I'm trying to figure out what to do with this money I have laying around. I could buy some little thing with it, like engine hose from Hose Techniques, and fog lights.

Or, I could keep saving a bit and buy that GT hood I want or get all my dash and trim dyed black....

Any suggestions as for what to do with this money?

Thanks

Josh

GT hood all the way. Crank pulley maybe, have you dropped it yet?

Yeah I agree, definitly need to paint doorhandles and side moldings. Anybody know how to take the moldings off? As long as I'm painting my bumper, I should do that!

If they're press-on side mouldings you can sometimes use a heat gun to warm up the adhesive and remove them. (Haven't done this on a Legacy though).

Definitely paint the side moldings. You'll need to take apart your door(s) to do so, but it's real easy as all the parts are just clipped on there. Also, taking it all off yourself and letting your bodyshop paint them saves you labor costs they would charge you to take them off
Josh, I think you and I should see if the guys in on the CF Hood GB will sell us their hoods for a 'resaonable' amount to help "offset" their costs
I need silver

Good idea Mark! Hahaha, I checked into what a new one would cost and it was like $273 +shipping, thats unpainted. Thats not too bad, but if I could find a used one for cheaper, all the better! Lets post this on the Carbon GB post!
